RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Azariah Collection

This Returns and Exchanges Policy applies to all purchases made through Azariah Collection. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set out below.

Azariah Collection accepts returns within thirty (30) days from the original date of purchase, provided the item strictly complies with the conditions outlined in this policy. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition. All original tags must remain attached and unaltered, and the hygiene sticker must be intact and in its original position. The item must be returned in its original packaging and must not show any signs of wear, washing, stretching, alteration, staining, damage, or tampering. Items must be free from makeup marks, fake tan, deodorant residue, perfume, odours, or any other visible or detectable signs of use.

Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of swimwear, Azariah Collection maintains strict hygiene standards. Any item that does not meet these requirements will be refused upon inspection and returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. Decisions made following inspection are final.

Returns will not be accepted if the original tags have been removed, cut, or damaged, if the hygiene sticker has been removed or repositioned, or if the original packaging is missing or compromised. Returns submitted more than thirty (30) days after the purchase date will not be accepted. Items that have been tampered with, stained, torn, stretched, washed, worn, altered, or otherwise damaged will not qualify for return under any circumstances. Items marked as final sale or purchased during promotional clearance events are not eligible for return unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Azariah Collection does not provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Where an item satisfies all return eligibility requirements, the customer may be offered an exchange, subject to stock availability. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If a customer receives a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, Azariah Collection must be notified within seven (7) days of delivery. The customer must provide their order number, clear photographic evidence of the issue, and a written description of the fault. Approved faulty items will be resolved in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Items damaged due to general wear and tear, misuse, improper care, or failure to follow garment care instructions will not be considered faulty.

To initiate a return, customers must contact Azariah Collection via email at azariahcollection25@gmail.com and obtain written approval before sending any item back. Once approval is granted, the item must be returned within seven (7) days. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be faulty. Azariah Collection is not liable for lost, delayed, or damaged return parcels, and customers are strongly encouraged to use a trackable shipping method.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method only and may take five to ten (5–10) business days following inspection and approval. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Azariah Collection reserves the right to amend or update this Returns and Exchanges Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of any changes made.
