SHIPPING POLICY
Azariah Collection
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through Azariah Collection. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
All orders are processed within two (2) to five (5) business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak periods, promotional launches, or collection releases, processing times may be extended. Customers will receive a confirmation email once their order has been dispatched.
Azariah Collection currently ships within Australia. Shipping timeframes are estimates only and are provided by the postal carrier. Standard shipping typically takes between three (3) to seven (7) business days, depending on the delivery location. Express shipping timeframes will vary depending on the service selected at checkout.
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. Azariah Collection is not liable for delays caused by postal carriers, incorrect shipping addresses, weather disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are correct at the time of purchase. Azariah Collection is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.
If a parcel is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, customers must contact the shipping provider directly to lodge an investigation. Azariah Collection is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once marked as delivered.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographic evidence so we can investigate further.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
Azariah Collection reserves the right to amend or update this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice.
